I remember when there was a Flax Chardonnay, oh about 25 years ago.
Alfonso, thanks for the comment! Yep, same family – at least near as I can tell. There’s still a Flax vineyard, which sells grapes to Williams Selyem.
I remember Flax Chardonnay! Good wine, really sharp label, and came in a clear Bordeaux-style bottle with shoulders (not the traditional sloped Burgundy style bottle).
